Emgraft Service Provider Program
The Emgraft Service Provider program is designed for companies interested in offering service solutions to customers, whether they are businesses, technology institutions, IT specialists or government organizations. Authorised Emgraft resellers and partners that specialise in service, but are not system integrators of Emgraft finished goods products, are both able to apply for Emgraft Service Provider authorization.
System integrators and resellers may apply for Service Provider authorization to deliver repair services to their clients. All repairs covered under warranty must be performed by Emgraft-certified technicians.
Types of Service Provider
There are two main types of Service Provider:
Authorized Service Providers, companies which are authorized to provide repair services to all Emgraft customers.
Limited Service Providers, companies and organizations which operate under limited service agreements which allow service for specific customers or specific Emgraft products as defined in the Limited Service Provider agreement.
Who can apply for Emgraft Service Provider Partners?
Resellers, service companies and system integrators whom Emgraft has a direct service presence with may apply for Emgraft Service Provider authorization. Individuals or sole traders may not apply.

What are the requirements for Service Provider status?
Business requirements
Organizations applying for Service Provider status are required to have been in operation for a reasonable period, with audited financial records available for review by Emgraft. The organisation should actively promote the Emgraft brand as part of their business along with Emgraft Systems service and support products.
Applicants who do not meet these requirements may still apply if there are special circumstances, as each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Technician Certification
Service Providers are required to use Emgraft Systems Certified Technicians when conducting diagnostics, covered repairs, modifications, alterations and upgrades on Emgraft products.
Becoming certified to repair Emgraft systems requires training of both a software and hardware by Emgraft Systems technician officer or recognized by Emgraft. Certifications are renewed on an annual basis via recertification refresher training courses.
Contact Emgraft Systems headquarters to obtain detailed information about technical manuals, preparatory training, training registration, and training fees.
Emgraft Systems training for recertification can be provided without additional charge via our service provider support by contacting us at hello@emgraft.com.
